Dr. Upadhaya is clearly interested in his patient's well being. He takes time to listen and explain. I have a tremendous amount of trust in him.

Dr U was very pleasant to deal with and took the time to explain a lot of different examinations and what they represent. Then we backtracked to prior exam visits to make sure all was well where we are at this point. So this visit was very thorough and felt like every and all questions were answered.

The doctor and staff were so helpful and kind to me and my dad when he was there for a follow up. The two times we were there for a visit, the doctor shook both mine and my dad’s hand upon entering the room and exiting and I thought that was respectful and considerate. The doctor was very engaged and concise in presenting his information. He also had a nice demeanor- he smiled and even joked with my dad.

Not the doctor, but the staff does not care about the patients at all I go to Keyport off always had an appointment on 11/28 they sent me a text that day to go to Shrewsbury off once I get there they said it was a mistake and my appointment got cancel I spoke to a lady at keyport and she had a nasty attitude as if it was my fault and she didn't care or had the time to deal with me I don't want to go back there or refer any here and like I said it's not the doctor at all its the staff
