She is empathetic, kind and thorough with outstanding bedside manner. Have been an RN for 26 years and know rate my doctors on not only their knowledge but how well they communicate with their patients-especially when it comes to listening. Dr. Durand listened and she was spot on with her assessment and follow through.

She had to explain to me something I wasn’t expecting. It made me scared. Dr. Explained it great. This was our first meeting too. Not knowing each other I believe it was a challenge for her to say what had to be said. Tough day for me at this appointment.

Efficient and answered all of our questions!

I just hope that she stays to be this kind of doctor that she is right now!!!! Usually, doctors when they get older and longer on the job, become less personable and thorough, which is a travesty for their patients!!!!!

When I asked specific questions she didn’t answer them, instead she was quiet, looking at me. I filled in the silence with my own continued commentary about the questions out of discomfort. If I had to guess, they were questions where she was not going to give my preferred answer and I would have felt a lot better about the conversation if she had just been direct with me- even if I wasn’t going to like the outcome.

Excellent care

She is very young and enthusiastic Doctor who recently in Jan 2023 did the normal delivery for wife. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She is very calm and cool and answer all the question patients have. She did ask for any question, concern after delivery and followed up very well.

Sweet, suddle, kind and informative.

I didn't like how she gave my daughter an option of birth control usage or not. This is the reason why so many tweens end up pregnant. I'm only trying to protect my daughter and how the doctor expressed herself with giving a minor the upper hand, was completely out of line. I didn't like her approach at all!

Dr. Durand was very attentive, and answered mine and my husband’s questions. We really enjoyed this visit.
