Dr. Ruk is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, a member of the Texas Medical Association, and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He served as President of the medical staff at Medical City Dallas Hospital in 2017.
Dr. Ruk is married to Jennifer and they have three children. He spends his spare time staying active and spending time with his family. He has completed three marathons and still exercises regularly. He enjoys golfing, completing D.I.Y. projects, supporting University of Texas athletics, and traveling with his family.

Dr. Ruk is an exceptional OB/GYN, and I have had the privilege of knowing him for the past 19 years. Throughout that time, he has consistently been prompt, prepared, professional, and efficient. His warm and friendly personality always makes for a pleasant and comfortable experience. What stands out most about him is the genuine care and compassion he shows toward his patients. He treats each patient as if they were a member of his own family, making you feel heard, valued, and truly cared for. He had the honor of caring for me during one of the most valuable and memorable moments of my life—the birth of my son. I will forever be grateful for the exceptional care, support, and commitment he provided throughout that experience. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an OB/GYN who is not only knowledgeable and professional but also compassionate, dedicated, and genuinely invested in the well-being of his patients.
