Professional but abrupt and to the point of being a little rude. Was also distracted entering information into the laptop while we talked and so got the answers to some of his questions wrong (noticed when reviewing letter to PCP)

Dr. Tai is very knowledgeable about my condition. He has brought me to the 5 year survival rate. With his overall compassion and expertise, my chances of recurrence after treatment has decreased significantly. I owe all.of this to him and NYOH of Amsterdam. Thank you.
