M. Julian Adame, MD

Julian Adame, M.D., originally from South Texas, now calls San Antonio home. He pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Biology. Following this, he completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), where he also undertook his Allergy & Immunology fellowship, serving as chief fellow in his final year.

Throughout his training, Dr. Adame was actively involved in research and had his work published in prestigious journals, including the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology: In Practice. He has presented posters and research at both local and national meetings. His passion for research and staying updated on the latest advancements in Allergy & Immunology allows him to provide the best care to his patients.

Dr. Adame is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Texas Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Society (TAAIS), the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (AAAAI), and the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (ACAAI). He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Outside of work, Dr. Adame enjoys spending time with his son and wife, fellow ASA allergist, Dr. Fiona Adame. Together they love to travel and support Longhorn athletics. Dr. Adame also enjoys various sports, including soccer, triathlon, and skiing.
