Dr. James is one of the kindest souls I have ever met. She strikes me as being very knowledgeable about my condition. Trust in your doctor is number one in my book and Dr. James has surpassed that milestone for me. I was a bit hesitant about going to a female doctor to monitor my condition because of being a bit shy, but I just feel comfortable with Dr. James and now I know I could not be in better hands.

She speaks like she knows her business but she speaks to fast. I felt like we were done in one minute. I don’t think we missed anything but I am not certain. I would like to feel like she’s not trying to get me in and out.

Dr. James is an outstanding urologist! I am extremely pleased with the care she has provided. She has an excellent bedside manner, she keeps you informed every step of the way during a procedure. I went to the ER in October and required surgery. Dr. James had my surgery scheduled the very next day and everything went so smoothly. I highly recommend Dr. James.

VERY KIND AND GENTLE

A few complaints 1. Can’t leave a message on voice line2. Off sight answering service3.cant leave personal message for Francie have to go through a foreign operator that probably doesn’t even know her4. Doctor doesn’t order your medication right away as she is speaking to you then I would be ready in a timely matter not 4 1/2 hours later and that’s even when I called at 3 hours after my appointment. So I wouldn’t have to go back out again, park, walk to the WM store waiting line when I was there’d 1 1/2 hours earlier. There’s no excuse for not doing it when your appointment is we’re not in the hospital when a Dr makk kk es rounds then writes his notes and ordered the medication. We’re private practice where people’s time is valuable. 5. I’m not sure if I’ll stay with theses doctors. I thought they were part of the roper corporation not some big corporation which is states away from here!! The person doing meds should be aware of meds you take!!
