Doctor told me that I need an ultrasound. He couldn’t suggest a location and gave me a prescription without the proper information.
My choice for ultrasound services sent a request for proper diagnosis codes to justify the ultrasound. That was requested Thursday afternoon, but it hasn’t been corrected by close of business Friday. Very frustrating!
