Dr. Crooms is “old school”, like a Marcus Welby’! He is very conservative, listens to the patient complaints, asks questions, and makes practical, conservative suggestions, while explaining all the options for future care. He will refer you to a colleague if more treatment is needed. I feel very comfortable with his recommendations!

Listens, communicates, solves problem. He and three other staff were super-courteous--not so common these days. Had some wait time, but when there was an apology (another rarity), it didn't matter.
