Always a pleasure to talk to. Doesn’t make you feel like he is in a hurry. He is very thorough, extremely caring and kind. Reminds me of how doctors were back in the day when they truly cared about their patients. Makes us feel like we are more like family then a number in a folder or file. Very humble and also funny.
