The doctor didn’t know the medicines prescribed to me when I left the hospital and when I told him I had a seven day prescription for phenazopyridine he told me I shouldn’t take it more than two or three days, when I told him I was on day five he said, go ahead and finish it today, a totally confusing dangerous wrong answer. The longer you take it the higher, the risk and nobody explained that to me. He was very condescending. This is the sixth time I’ve had this procedure and no doctor has ever treated me like he did. I know the survey is anonymous but I would like him to know what my opinion about him is so he can respond, if this is kept Anonymous it won’t help him to be better.

Rude assistant, slamming items out of draws. Comments made to dementia patient was uncalled for. Dr took ZERO time with us to explain.
