Extremely clear in explaining the diagnosis, possible treatments and his recommendations. However, he involves the patient and family in making the decision. He makes sure all questions are answered. Office is very efficient, kind and responsive. They actually answer the phone after 1-2 rings! He provides written information to review at home, making the whole experience more understandable. I highly recommend Dr. Tumialan.
