Dr. Louisa Griggs, M.D., FACOG, is excited to be the newest member of the team at Advanced OB/GYNE Associates, located in Hoffman Estates and Arlington Heights, Illinois, and serving the greater Chicagoland area.
Dr. Louisa Griggs, M.D., FACOG, earned her medical degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She completed her residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, located in Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Louisa Griggs, M.D., FACOG, remembers making a hospital out of her trampoline as a little girl and pretending to deliver babies for her dolls. From that time on, she has had a strong passion for women's health, which she brings to her approach to patient care every day. Her interests include but are not limited to contraception, benign and high-risk obstetrics, traditional gynecological care, minimally invasive surgical techniques, and providing the best care possible to each patient.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, which has allowed her to spend a year in Ecuador enhancing her Spanish-speaking skills and spending time with her husband as they explore the Northwest suburbs.
To better serve her patients, Dr. Louisa Griggs, M.D., FACOG, is fluent in English and Spanish.
