Dr. Louis J. Conte, D.O., has recently joined Skylands Medical Group. Dr. Conte graduated from the University of Osteopathic Medicine & Health Services in Des Moines, Iowa, in June 1990. He completed his internship and residency training at Union Memorial Hospital in Union, New Jersey, in 1995. He completed a fellowship in April 2002 through the American Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology. Dr. Conte earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology in June 1985 from St. Peter's College in Jersey City, New Jersey. He has been teaching residents in ENT/Otolaryngology at St. Barnabas for 30 years.
Dr. Conte is Board Certified in Otorhinolaryngology/Facial Plastic Surgery/Head and Neck Surgery through the American Osteopathic Board of Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and the New Jersey Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons.
