I was asked to arrive 30 minutes early. My appointment was for 2:30, I arrived at 1:50 and wasn't seen until 3:15. Very disappointing.

Feel so fortunate to have been referred to the Jordon-Young Institute. The whole facility is ‘a well oiled machine’. When you enter the building the excellent service and care start. The receptionists are helpful and very friendly. Same for staff upstairs. Wish I had names. Have been seeing Dr. Jordan for over two years and he enabled me to put surgery off but it was finally time. Dr. Jordan is a fantastic surgeon and very personable and kind. If need to, will return to him for any future surgeries in this field and have recommended him to several people. Cannot be topped.

I love this man. Years ago I took my elderly mother to him as she had knee replacement by another doctor and she had such horrible pain in her knee she would cry everytime she had to walk. Dr. that did surgery said there was nothing he could do for her. Dr. Jordan said he could make no promises but he said he would go in and see what he could fine causing the pain. He went in and found a piece of plastic in the shape of a triangle that had been floating in her knee...size of a quarter. Dr. Jordan gave her her life back and I will always be eternally grateful. He is a great doctor who cares about his patients which I feel blessed to have him. I don't see him often but when I do Its always a pleasure. He has a gift that most doctors don't have. He cares....

Friendly and instantly to the point, finding my knee pain with his thumb the minute he put his hand on my knee. Next question was do you want a shot? I said yes and it was quickly ready. He sprayed my knee with cold, numbing anesthetic spray, warned me there would be some sting and a little pain, and had it all in and done before I could think of anything to say. It is so much better today I can't believe it I can only echo the recommendation of my daughters. go get your knees done by Dr. Jordan!!!

Appeared to be a large well run operation. I arrived probably ten minutes early and received the typical medical fill in the question info. Despite the waiting room being quite full I was called to an exam room before I had filled out the single sheet questionnaire. Doctor Jordan arrived shortly there after. Was friendly answered all questions. I asked for a knee replacement tomorrow and he said I would receive a phone call the next day to give me a date in early August. No phone call next day but I’m hopeful. They have a lot to do but I’m hopeful.

Dr. Jordan did not ProForm my first procedures. I find him very easy to work with. He did an excellent job to my revision. I have been in serve pain for two years. my scar for my first surgery was very ugly. Dr. Jordan made no promise but stated that he was going to fix that scar. He did just that, my scar today is straight and clean looking. I can feel the different from the two procedures. I am confident that i will be wearing heels in no time. I can't thank Dr. Jordan enough. I am still healing, experiencing moderate amount of pain. Lower leg has sharp pain. But nothing like before.
