I waited over an hour to be seen and then she spent less than 5 min with me for a total body check. I am a cancer survivor with multiple risk factors and I barely was able to say anything and she was out the door. Then I was rushed out of the room because the room was needed- barely had my shoes back on when they were knocking back on the door for me to leave.

Dr Lori has an excellent doctor/patient relationship. I've been seeing her for 12 years and she remembers previous visits and my family. She took care of my Melanoma and whenever I think I have another, she calms my nerves and tells me it's just a new mole... so lucky to have her on my care team.

Did not feel heard, had to point out the spot I was concerned about during my first skin check. Also abruptly pulled down my gown without giving me heads up. Also waited 45 minutes to see her for a 5 minute appointment.

My largest company is that this is the 2nd year in a row where I have had to wait an hour beyond my scheduled appetite to see the provider. I waited 30 min from check in to being taken back and then another 27 mins waiting in the room for the doctor. She wasn’t with me for more than 5 min. I wouldn’t mind it if I didn’t feel she rushed through my time appointment or being behind schedule was a one off, but 2 years in a row appears to be a pattern forming.

this may be her personality but She is very dry & feels unsimpathetic to my skin issues, this is the second experience I had where I feel like no one really cares & shes the Dr & she had to ask the nurse what I should get prescribed & I lack confidence in there education in any of the Drs here. My first visit someone googled on there phone what they thought was wrong with me & i still feel like im not being diagnosed correctly

I have seen Dr Spencer for years, she has a great bedside matter and is very efficient while doing a full body scan looking for possible cancer issues.

Thorough and prepared. She noticed and examined a growth near my eyebrow and took a biopsy because it could be cancerous. Good eye and touch because the procedure did not hurt.

Dr Spencer is very thorough and takes the time with you. She is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable during the examination.

Doc was 1hr late for my 9:40a appt, quickly entered the room and introduced herself with no mention of being late. Quickly looked at my body and said nothing wrong and left. I mentioned to assistant that was a fast appt, <3 mins, and that I hope she checked me. I have since spoken to a casual acquaintance who had similar experience with Dr Spencer. I will NOT return to this practice.

I waited over 40 minutes to be seen. I finally walked out. It’d been awesome if you would tell patients that you’re running behind and how long. Then we could make a decision whether we want to waste out time waiting to be seen.

she rushed through our interaction and i talked to her for like 3 minutes tops. she didn’t really ask me any questions about my skin and when the nurse asked she rushed through the questions. she also didn’t seem very professional, said “you’re on birth control or whatever” and just had a very low and miserable tone to her voice. prescribed me tretinoin for my acne but didn’t really explain what to do for it, and i had to ask how often i was supposed to apply it.

She was over an hour late for our appointment (not entirely unusual for the office in general); however, no apology was given to being this late. In addition, I was hoping she would have taken the time to speak to me without seeming to be in a rush. I understand my particular issue may not be skin cancer or large balding patches on my scalp, but it was almost like she didn’t have any time for me or my visit was a general inconvenience. No attention was given to the information I relayed to the nurse either regarding existing lab work I had done in prep for the visit. Overall the general feeling was dismissive and felt like a waste.

Was a little confused why I got PRN instructions after sending something off for biopsy results. I have no idea what this and what the next steps are and wish a little more communication was discussed with me. Hopefully it was just a wart but when you have an 11 year child and something looked as weird as it did I wish a little more reassurance was provided them just PRN.

The wait time is about 45 minutes every time . She is also very quick , less than 5 minutes doing a yearly check and didn’t fully explain everything. She’s just too busy unfortunately but I really like her . I feel like I’m holding her up if I try and ask questions . I’m actually still wanting to talk as she and her assistant are walking out the door .

I waited in the waiting room for over 35 minutes watching other patients come and go while I waited. Once I was brought back I waited another 15 minutes before Dr. Spencer finally came in. She did a quick cancer scan and left. I shouldn't have to wait an hour for 5 minutes with the doctor.

I have been going to Premier Derm for many, many years for basal cell. I have had 20+ procedures and get a whole body check every six months. I was assigned to Dr. Spencer since my regular person resigned from the practice. I was not pleased at all with medical exam. She was in the room for 3 minutes (i looked at my watch), did not look closely at my face nor the back of my legs. I do not know if she checked my medical chart to familiarize herself with my past surgeries. I was so flabbergasted by her quirt manner that I could not express to her my disappointment. I did ask to be scheduled with someone else when making next appt. I would not recommend her.

I have seen Dr. Spencer for over nine years. I recommend her most highly. Though she has only ever treated skin rashes, spots of minor skin cancer, and done skin exams, she did do minor surgery on me successfully. I find her manner to be efficient but no more brisk than needed. She is always cordial and pays close attention to any skin anomaly she may find. Her assistants are always courteous and diligent as well.

The doctor is fine, although she does give you the bum's rush and is only in with you for 3 minutes. What I don't like about the office, is that I always wait an hour. Last time it was 50 minutes. I don't have that time in my life. Also when you come out of the office you have to stand in line to check out with the people that are checking in oh, and sometimes that's a long line

Not impressed. I have been under the care of dermatologists and a dermatology PA in the past because of strong family history of skin cancer and personal history of multiple actinic keratoses. Prior to my first visit, I had been treating my face with Aldara and I typically get a very robust reaction with Aldara and 5- FU. She looked at my treated face and said it looked like Herpes. Well I was a little taken aback as I have never even had a cold sore in my entire 49 years and being a physician myself (which I did not disclose to her at my initial visit) I did not think she used much clinical acumen. If she truly thought I had herpes sores, which I do not, my face is being treated with Aldara. Look at pictures of herpes and treated skin with Aldara... Yes, clinically they do look similar, both are red, inflamed, oozing and ulcerating but I told her this is what my skin looks like when I use these drugs. Also, if she truly thought it was herpes, she did not culture and offered no tx.
