Polite and attempted to be personable. I don’t think she took 10 minutes time with me for the complete appointment. Appointment was at 9 am and I was in my car at 9:19.

Dr. Joy is always amazing! Professional, knowledgeable, and sets you at ease.

Dr Joy is literally the BEST!

She flew through everything. I didn’t like feeling like I was on a time limit and she did a very poor job at explaining things. I was very uncomfortable and felt rushed. I was excited for the hand help ultrasound as well but that lasted maybe 30 seconds. I would prefer not to see her again

Quick and Kind, but I always feel like i'm alloted 5 minutes max. Women's health is complex and i'm allowed very little questions and never welcomed into a conversation about my health. I'm rarely given any information that is related to my age and stage. The only brochures in the office to take are related to pregnancy or avoiding pregnancy. No Pelvic health pamphlets, menopause, vitamin deficiency, etc. handed out or made available to women of an older demographic. Overall, I don't feel like I have an advocate for my health, I'm just clicking the yearly check-up box. I do feel that Dr. Joy is extremely capable and knowledgeable.

Didn’t explain my condition to me correctly, and also I never signed a release of information and she gave my ride information about me with out consent from me while I was in surgery. I’m livid and so is my mom, will not be going to see again.
