Dr. Nichols is knowledgeable, kind and caring. She listens carefully, hears my concerns, and responds to my inquiries. She didnt rush me, nor make me feel like I was asking unreasonable questions. I would highly recommend her.
I was very happy with the care she provided to my 94 year old dad. He really seemed to like her.
The reason why, Lois comes very highly recommended is her work, her pride, knowledge, a great listener plus her passion for making people feel comfortable!

Explained everything to my child and me about his fractured clavicle. She did timely follow up and home care instructions . Always kind, calm and positive .
Dr. Nichols was excellent. She took time to answer my questions, her explanations were direct with good reason. She gave lucid explanation as to the cause of pain and probable duration.She was warm, kind and did not make me feel rushed. I would highly recommend her as an orthopedic surgeon. Thankfully, my fractures will heal themselves over time with no surgical intervention!
