I feel so fortunate to have been able to work with Dr. Nichols. She was excellent at giving me detailed information about the status of my dislocated shoulder at every session. One of her greatest strength is she doesn’t overly intervene and assesses just what’s needed at the time. She gave me a Normas support and hold about my being able to get all of my function back. Stressing that it would also take time. Everything she said, has proved to be true, and I would Recommend her without reservation to anyone who’s had traumatic shoulder injury, and fractures.!

I find Dr. Nichols in Normas Lee, skillful supportive and encouraging. I like that she takes a conservative approach and encourages me to really working on physical therapy exercises to do what they can overtime. I would recommend this orthopedist without reservation.

Great surgeon Very compassionate

Dr Nichols is a very thorough, and a kind doctor. I was upset that I had to wait an hour beyond my scheduled time to be seen. If I was more than 5 minutes late for my appointment I wouldn’t be allowed to be seen, so I do expect the same respect for my time. I understand that delays come up, but an hour over my schedule apt time is well beyond a delay. I missed a half a day of work for a 15 minute appointment. Also found out that the test I was sent for (MRI) couldn’t be used to assess my condition. So I also missed a half day of work to have the MRI done for no reason.

Dr. Nichols is wonderful! I am so happy with the outcome of my elbow surgery! I never knew of Dr. Nichols before this fall but believe me I would recommend her to needing an Ortho surgeon to anyone! Great job Dr. Nichols. Rae Pieffer

A huge thank you to Dr. Nichols for my care during the last 1 1/2 years after a fall that caused 3 fractures of the hip. She listens well & moves forward.

She seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. Slightly disconcerting is her flat affect. Having said that she took her time explaining the situation, made suggestions, and I felt like I was well cared for.

Dr Nichols performed surgery on my elbow back in July 2022. It was a horrible break and she had a lot of work to do to fix it. I never thought I would be able to use my left arm for anything again. However, after she placed a long metal plate and several screws in my elbow she gave me back the use of my elbow and arm. I will always be grateful to her talents as a surgeon and as a respected doctor. Thank you Dr Nichols!

Wow a doctor who listens Almost wish i had another problem

Dr Nichols was very attentive and took the time to answer all my questions. She went over the xrays with me and explained what we were looking at. Much better than my experience at Wing. I am glad I went to NEOS and got the 2nd opinion.

She listens, she explains, many times if you need it. She is friendly and funny. She did a great job on my arm surgery. She designed the scar so I could rest my arm on a table without pain.

I am sure that Dr Nichols is a fine surgeon. Thankfully I do not need surgery and didn’t think I would. As an athlete, I was hoping for more of a conversation about my recovery process. It was very difficult to communicate effectively with her and that was the whole point of my visit…

Very informative and nice

After being told Dr. Nichols was running 45 min to an hour behind, I still hadn't been seen after 2 hours, and silly me, I arrived early, so I spent 3 HOURS in your practice, without seeing the Dr. Unacceptable , I had another appointment that I couldn't miss, so I had to leave. So not only had I wasted 3 HOURS for nothing, I also wasted the $30 in GAS to get there. 😒. The misconception that a Dr's time is more valuable than a patients time has to stop.
