Was diagnosed and treated for a frozen shoulder by Dr. Payne. One month following shoulder manipulation surgery and physical therapy, I’m already back swinging a golf club again. Highly trust and recommend Dr. Payne and Tidewater Orthopedics to anyone who’s experiencing issues with their shoulders.

Excellent bedside manner, listens attentively and explains the diagnosis and care plan patiently in terms easily understood. He tries to find non-invasive solutions before recommending surgery. A great doctor.

Dr. Payne is a very good diagnostic physician who listens well to his patients. He has helped me twice to regain full mobility in my shoulder and my knee. I am grateful to him and feel fortunate to have him available in my senior years.

dr. Paine is great but Tidewater orthopedics is a mess. After 2 1/2 years they are now trying to tell me I owe them $200 when they never said anything about it until I came in for my appointment today? This is crooked to the max..
