I had to go to the middle field or excuse me Middleburg office because of the holiday. My visit with my Doctor and his associate was just wonderful as it always is, but the girl in the front desk has as much to be desired when I left that place. I felt like I was inferior. They told me he wasn’t. My doctor was not a member of that family and he just rented a space there and they could not book his appointments. Then I called the Brecksville office. Well then they gave me another number to call the summit office or something. It took me a day and a half to get an appointment that the doctor had recommended. I really do not appreciate the way I still feel it’s a very inferior feeling. I love my doctor, and I feel that you you put the thought into my head that he’s not a member.
