The staff & doctor are always polite; however, the time I’m there every appointment is ridiculous. Yesterday was 1.5 hours, another time was 2 hours. They ask you to get there early-why? They ask you to bring someone because of the drops, so yesterday also took up 1.5 hours of my driver’s time. I also have things to do, for which I was late because of this appointment..

My only issue is that he comes in like gangbusters. Throws out information too fast and doesn’t really ask how I feel about my eye condition.
