Excellent doctor! Dr. Rao is very kind, knowledgeable and professional. He listens to any concern you may have, answers questions and he thoroughly explains procedures step by step during examination's. My vision has improved since I started to see him. I feel very confident being one oh his patient.

Dr Rao was great!
He was rushed due to a bunch of emergency’s that day but I hv to share that I had the Cleveland clinic fax over my extensive health history on April 30th smd 3 weeks later your office didn’t get them so I had the clinic fax it again and still they didn’t get them so on Thursday(day before my appointment) I drove to the clinic to pick them up in person along with a disc that had photos of my eye so I could hand deliver it. As I was driving to the clinic ur office called me to let me know that they received the fax amd I was able to hand deliver the disc in person.
They never looked at it, and I was optimistic that Dr. Rao would have something different to offer me than my eye doctor at Cole but it was the same.
I appreciate all the assistance I received from the office staff/nurses smd Dr. Rao but something has to be done about the fax situation.
I’m a 22 year survivor of a terminal brain cancer and the only person to hvbit 5 times.
