Excellent people skills, friendly, respectful and seemingly processed great knowledge in his medical acumen. One suggestion its that he could have quickly apologized for being late to see me but I sensed he was in a hurry. His assistant kindly told me he was behind schedule due to having performed two unexpected laser outpatient eye surgeries earlier that morning.
