Dr. Rao has been treating me since June of 2026. He has given eyeball shots starting at 6 weeks, then 8 weeks and the next reccommdation is at 10 weeks in December - in Brunswick GA. He gave us future info for continued help as we travel south. He’s been very thorough and I’ve had improvement at each visit! Thank you Dr. Rao.

Dr. Rao is a very personable and excellent physician! He saw me the same day I called, when I had an undeniably big problem with my right eye, with a lot of pain and loss of vision completely! He scheduled surgery for the next morning and removed the blood from a sudden bleed around the peripheral of my retina. While in surgery, he noticed a small tear that he did not know was there, which would have led to more bleeding. He repaired that as well which prevented further bleeding in that eye. He explained all of that to me afterwards and I was very relieved and so grateful for his care and his bedside manner. He instructed me on how to take care of my eye at home with detailed instructions to take with me. As I followed up with appointments to be sure it was healing properly, I felt very well cared for and continually monitored as I went through the healing process. I am much better now and cannot say enough regarding Dr. Rao and his mastered skills and sincere caring for his patients

Dr. Rao is like a super magic wizard of the eyes… yet he is honest and tells you the reality in a way that is easy to digest. I developed an unexpected leak blocking my center of vision and a small partial detachment and he helped with injections that I was terrified to get but were not bad at all. Plus, the center of vision already seems to be restored as of last night! Forever grateful! Prople take things like vision for granted.
