It’s a routine annual check up. I did the blood test, but didn’t get the report before the appointment. She skipped 2 tests with the abnormal results. I didn’t know that until I checked out at the front desk and requested a print out of the test results. I told the front desk and was told she can’t see me because she already moved on to the next patient, but will have her nurse call me to discuss. 3 hours later I did get a call from the nurse. As soon as I answered the call, she was rushing me. I didn’t say anything first because I think she was busy. The conversation worsened fast when I asked why a common test wasn’t included. She said she was being courteous to call me. Wow!🤯 If they had done their part this call wasn’t needed. I wasn’t asking anything beyond the doctor/nurse responsibilities. I pushed back at that point and told her that her demeanor is not acceptable. She agreed to check with Dr. Zhang and call me back. It’s been a week, nobody called me from her office.

I cannot say enough how grateful I am to have found such unbelievable health care in this day and age!

Dr. Zhang and her staff are true professionals in their field. I always feel comfortable when visiting her office. Her nurse Carmen always has a smile on her face and makes you feel welcome and happy.
I enjoy my visits knowing that I will be treated properly and professionally.
I highly recommend Dr Zhang and her staff for medical attention.
