Dr. Tom was not very helpful even if she couldn’t provide a solution. She was very abrupt with me today and I left feeling lots of questions un answered.

Stated I had had my eye pressure checked on my visit tho I hadn't; also stated that another member of her practice had spoken to me that day, which he hadn't. Neither oversights was egregious. Clearly highly competent. Came up with a treatment plan that I hope will lower my eye pressure. Was Just a little inattentive to some details. Glad to have her in my corner.

She was fine but I waited 1.5 hours to be taken. Schedule should be more efficient
