Dr Glass is great but the office did me wrong with prep instructions and they canceled my appointment because I was told it was OK to take a med and it wasn't ok. Still waiting for the office to call to explain and reschedule

She was excellent. Explained everything very clearly.

She never come to talk to me after the procedure, so not sure what I understand in my discharge papers. Plus when I had the first video appointment with her she said I needed to loose weight that was why I had the acid reflux. She had only seen me from the neck up, that was very rude when she didn’t even know me. I’m 5’5” and weigh 150 never have had a doctor tell me that ever. I hope her or her office calls to talk to me about the results. Also since I left I’ve had gas very bad and nothing was said to me about that happening. I look forward to hear from someone. Like the two other HG physicians I've worked with, Dr. Glass is terrific--skilled, conscientious, professional, personable, communicative, and accommodating. I started with the HG team 8 years ago. My original doctor (Keinath) retired last year, so I transferred to Dr. Glass. I've also been treated by Dr. Corsello when Dr. Glass is unavailable. All three of are terrific.
