Dr Hertz is the only doctor I know that does not time her visits giving you, say 15 minutes. Never has. If she needed to spend 40 she roll on without you even knowing. And she is most honest and super smart. For me, she is Godsent. Don’t miss this opportunity for her consult!

Dr. Hertz ,is my favorite doctor. She is very professional but develops a relationship with her patients. She is patient, kind, caring and looks out for my health and well being. She is very straight forward when doing her evaluations. I have been a patient of Dr. Hertz since 2005 without her caring and expertise my health would not be where it is today.

It’s wonderful knowing I can call Dr. Hertz’s office if my diverticular symptoms appear and they guide me through steps that have kept me from having to go to the ER!!! That has been such a great relief! For years, I would just go to the ER!! Ally and the entire staff are incredible always checking with Dr. Hertz if I am have my usual intestinal troubles. I am so thankful Dr. Hertz is so available !!! They are a godsend !!!!!

Lisa Hertz, M.D., earned her Doctor of Medicine from Harvard Medical School and then completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Gastroenterology at UCLA. She has been in private practice in the Long Beach/Los Alamitos area since 1989 and has extensive experience in treating a wide range of gastrointestinal illnesses with a focus on promoting thorough and complete healing through personal, intuitive and research-based care.
