Dr. Burch is a good doctor. At first you might complain about the amount of wait time you experience however, when you realize that part of the matter of waiting is caused by Dr. Burch's patience and willingness to listen to what her patients have concerns with and taking the time to explain whatever might be causing the patient pause in a course of treatment. She is always courteous and attentive and her support staff are always pleasant to deal with. I have been seeing Dr. Burch for over 8 years and from my perspective, her service is always improving. Now with all that said, every patient is responsible for advocating in their behalf regarding their Healthcare. The doctor can only work with the data you provide via testing and word of mouth reporting. Keep a journal of your medical challenges so that you are able to provide the Healthcare Provider with as much correct data as possible to arrive at the best course of treatment for your situation.

Waited 1 1/2 hours to be called back and then waited another 45 minutes before I ever saw the Doctor. She spent maybe 5 minutes with me. Wait times get longer and longer.
