Love Lisa as a doctor but my pass appointment i never got to see her . My appointment was at 9:40 and I left at 12:30 . No one came to update me on a time . I couldn’t wait any longer . I was just a 6 month check up . I will be finding a did doctor.

I like Dr. Burch and have been seeing her since 2016. My only issue with the group is having to take 3 to 4 hours off work for routine visits to remain healthy. I understand why people who work hourly with no paid time off fail in health. They simply cannot afford to be healthy if they have to miss 3 -4 hours of work and pay to maintain life long issues. This is a problem across the industry and doesn't reflect on Dr. Burch as a doctor, I am just saying...somebody figure this out.

In my search for a new family doctor I ended up in the office of Dr. Burch. She took time with me, listened, and gave great feed back. She treated me and spoke to me like a friend. I was very comfortable during the visit and know she is the one I would like to continue with for my medical care.

She listened and covered all my needs. Wonderful "bedside manner"!!

It took some time for me establish a good working relationship with Dr Burch (which is totally on me). Now that we have a more communicative relationship, I am very pleased with her as my primary care doctor. She does a good job with monitoring my blood chemistry (thyroid, lipids, sugars, etc), and works well with the other doctors on my care team.

The wait time is too long. Almost 3 hours. The doctor is great.

I've been going to Dr. Burch for a while now and she's one of the few doctors I don't mind seeing. She takes her time and goes over anything you need to talk to her about. Sometimes wait time is a little long but it's only because she is a good doctor and has quite a few patients. Keep in mind what I said about her taking her time with her patients because she'll do the same for you so be patient in the waiting room.

I have seen Dr. Burch for over 20 years and she's very knowledgeable, personable and empathetic, which is something you look for in a doctor.
