Wow!! He did a Textbook prostate operation on me. Dr Hirsch is highly experienced and caring. He visited me in the hospital and provided great recovery advice. His expertise with the DaVinci Robotic operation was state of the art. Minimal bruising and pain and no infections. I was very pleased.

This doctor asked me why my primary care physician referred me to a urologist - this question should have been directed to my primary care physician, or checked/determined using the lab reports and doctor’s notes already available to him. And all this should have been done before I was seen by the urologist. In the exam room, the doctor seated himself on a countertop far away from me, a good thing considering he was unmasked, and just listed the possible causes for my symptoms and lab results, and the next steps. Everything that happened during this office visit could have been done over the phone.
