She's a nice doctor, but she has a habit of talking over you when you're trying to explain something. Sometimes it feels like she's in a rush and trying to get out the door again. She doesn't examine progress effectively, and her nurses don't ask any questions either. She was practically out the door when I still had questions that she answered from the hallway.

Dr Hjelm is amazing!! She is so attentive - she listens to everything I have to say. Goes through all options for care. She really cares about her patients. I would recommend her to everyone!! I already have been doing so. I’m so glad she is helping me with my injury.
