This was my first experience to meet Dr. Uribe following the retirement of Dr. Bay. She was very nice, very informative and listened to and answered all my pre-colonoscopy questions. She was concerned about getting another doctor's ( my cardiologist ) clearance for discontinuing a particular medication prior to my procedure to enable Dr. Uribe to bet a better view and evaluation of my colon. Always about patient safety and health is the way I view Dr. Uribe.

Then she hands you papers explaining her initial findings, along with photos of your colon. She's outstanding!

Dr Uribe was great, I gave 3 stars because I requested a female doctor specifically and when I was rolled in the room for colonoscopy there was a male RN and a male assistant ?Jeff? who I had not been introduced to, and Dr. Uribe was not in the room when I went to sleep. This made me question who did my colonoscopy? Was she even in the room or did she just look at the pictures?
