In 1997, she earned her Doctor of Optometry Degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry. Dr. Slade is devoted to providing comprehensive eye care for both children and adults. Her specialized focus encompasses ocular disease management, spectacle corrections, and contact lens fittings.
Outside her professional commitments, Dr. Slade cherishes her time with her two daughters, family, friends and church community. Her interests include the outdoors, travel, history, ballet and theatre.
