Dr. Slade i seems to be a good doctor. I arrived there at 8:45 and didn’t see the doctor until 11:15. When she did come in to examine me she didn’t introduce herself. I thought that was pretty rude. I was very upset because I was there three hours and for her to come in and be so rude I was just undone.

I waited over 1 1/2 hours to be seen by the doctor. When I finally finished and checked out, they made me go to the glasses/lens portion of the store to get my prescription, but the worker there was at lunch, and would be another 45 minutes before she returned. I could not miss any more work to wait.
