In 1997, she earned her Doctor of Optometry Degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry. Dr. Slade further honed her skills through a residency program in ocular disease at Bay Pines VAMC, completing the program in 1998. Dr. Slade practices out of our West Mobile office.

Although my wait time was over an hour and 45 minutes. Dr. Slade made me feel that although I was running behind in my schedule. Due to scheduling on their part, she quickly done an efficient job. Especially taking the time to explain to me a couple of things that were going on with my eyes.

Dr. Slade is devoted to providing comprehensive eye care for both children and adults. Her specialized focus encompasses ocular disease management, spectacle corrections, and contact lens fittings.
