Very goo
This was my first and last time seeing her. She has no bedside manners. It’s like she’s not engaged with her patients.
I trust her completely
Dr. Yan is very professional and attentive, I'll share with friends or family
Dr. Yan and staff is Awesome. I had a wonderful visit.
Visit on 8/15 was for bloodwork. The lab technician was exceptional. Very professional and was able to take my blood samples at only one try not several times.
Dr. Yan is a true professional. She pays attention to my health. I’m able to communicate with her and she listen to the patient.
Dr. Yan is always understanding and addresses my concerns with care.
Very professional
I had expected to see Meg, a PA. Dr. Yan breezed in with cursory introductions, explaining why it was better that she see me. I told her the reason for my visit attempting to explain my concerns. I felt interrupted as if she did not want to listen to what I had said to say. Dr. Yan is the first provider at this practice with whom I did not feel heard. I am a patient of Dr. Suh and the PAs when I cannot see him. Each of those listen and respond directly to my questions. I felt rushed and somewhat dismissed as if it was as a done deal when prescriptions for water pills and compression socks were written. I feel my questions regarding those fell on deaf ears. I do understand the need for an Echo on my left leg, the swelling of which was the reason for my visit. I already have prescribed compression socks. At Atlanta Heart Specialists I have always been seen with respect by providers, especially Dr. Suh. This was not the case with Dr. Yan.
