She was absolutely fantastic. I felt that she listened to my concerns and took them seriously as well as providing suggestions and performing testing to make sure we get the best answers.

We Love Dr Hwang! Her bedside manner is amazing and she is so great with my little! She also is super knowledgeable (even beyond her anrea of expertise ) and was pivotal in helping us figure out our daughter’s auto immune disease. So Thankful for her!

My son was a new patient with quite a long history of eczema and allergies. She listened to me and I never felt rushed. I left the appointment with a lot of confidence in the routine she wanted me to follow. She also gave me more helpful tips on skin care products and supplements than previous doctors had not. She also found a new allergen that had never been tested which could be a game changer for my son’s disrupted sleep. My only complaint was the length of the appointment, but it says 2-3 hours for skin testing on the website so at least I was aware. In that extra time, I was able to get a lot of answers and she was also kind enough to look up a regiment that I had been using and give me some feedback on it. I was so impressed as no other doctor ever cared to ask what it was. I left with a folder of good resources and a lot of hope.

I was there did 2 1/2 hours- much of that stuck waiting in the exam room (not including the allergy testing). I talked very little to the dr and then was charged almost $1300. I definitely don’t feel the visit was worth that. Especially since they didn’t value my time. And I was an early visit so it’s not like they could have been very behind in their schedule. Also; the lady who checked me out took a long time and was very confusing and hard to understand. It seemed very unprofessional when you’re charging me so much for so little.

There was around a 45-minute wait and I got the sense that the doctor was in a hurry. I explained how no one notified us that our son’s allergy shot dosage was changing. She didn’t seem phased by it. She didn’t apologize. Poor patient / customer service.

Dr. Hwang asks good questions and spends time with patients, but doesn’t give clear answers or share thoughts as well as Dr. Zora did.

Felt like she is basing my current 2021 breakouts on the testing that was completed in 2018. In which I feel is totally not appropriate due to that this time my PCP had to give me an Epi-Pen. If the test that was ran back in 2018 and I was so severly allergic to dust/dust mites back then why wasn't an Epi-Pen given to me then???? I really feel that my visit was a waist of time and I won't be going back to that office.
