Both of my children see Dr. Hwang and we love her! We will drive to any office to see her. She’s knowledgeable, professional, personable, and always engages with warmth. She listens thoughtfully to our input/feedback and the appointments never feel rushed.
Dr. Hwang is wonderful!! She spent a great deal of time with me and came into the room very prepared after reading my medical records. This was greatly appreciated! She is very knowledgeable about various treatments and discusses them at length to educate the patient. I also appreciated the fact that she was just as concerned about my emotional/mental health. When you have an immunodeficiency, self care is very important! I highly recommend her and found her to be an outstanding physician.
We love Dr. Hwang! We were unable to see her this past couple of times and it just stands out when you do see her. She is extremely knowledgeable beyond just telling you what medicines to prescribe and she is very attentive. We came from another doctor in the practice and our experience has been night and day. Whatever, you do.. keep this person happy. We will follow her wherever she goes. One of the best doctors I’ve ever experienced.

Dr. Hwang is so competent and caring. She communicates well. I can tell that AAC is having staffing issues because of the length of time it takes to receive a response to questions submitted in the Healow portal. This is no reflection on competence. It is a staffing issue that has become very noticeable. You should know that patients can perceive the staffing issues.
