Dr. Hwang is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I trust her with all of my allergy needs!
She is extremely curt and dismissive! I’ve been sitting in the room for an hour and 30 minutes with no check-in to let me know someone was coming, and then when she came in because I called the nurse, she was extremely rude and tried to rush with me. We probably spend less than five minutes together and I absolutely got nothing out of the appointment. I would not recommend this place to anyone or her. she’s a terrible provider and she needs to work on her customer service skills.
She spent time explaining possibilities with me.
