Lewis Jacob Frazee, M.D. founded the North Texas Eye Center in 1981. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology has been taking care of patients in the Plano area for over 30 years and was voted by his peers as one of Collin County’s Best Doctors in 2011,2012, and 2013.
Dr. Frazee instituted an additional clinic in Lewisville in 2003. He continues to serve his patients in both locations. Dr. Frazee completed his residency at the Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. He earned his Master of Science degree in physiology and biophysics and his Medical Doctorate at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
Dr. Frazee is married to Paulette and they have two children, Sarah and Laura. He is a computer guru at heart and enjoys building computers and working with technology.

I called with an eye problem and got seen within an hour. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently. Dr Frazee is very easy going and explains everything. He has the ability to do whatever tests are needed right then and there. I have a lot of faith and trust in him.
