Lewis Jacob Frazee, M.D. founded the North Texas Eye Center in 1981. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology has been taking care of patients in the Plano area for over 30 years and was voted by his peers as one of Collin County’s Best Doctors in 2011,2012, and 2013.
Dr. Frazee instituted an additional clinic in Lewisville in 2003. He continues to serve his patients in both locations. Dr. Frazee completed his residency at the Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. He earned his Master of Science degree in physiology and biophysics and his Medical Doctorate at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
Dr. Frazee is married to Paulette and they have two children, Sarah and Laura. He is a computer guru at heart and enjoys building computers and working with technology.

Took my call after hours and I was not even a patient yet (who does that anymore!!) and when I had the appointment he spent time answering all questions and making sure I was taken care of. Terrific doctor and I will definitely be going back.
My appointment was at 9 am but had to wait an hour to be seen
Long wait, however all staff very professional and friendly, which makes the wait not so bad.

I was really worried about my head injury when I came to his eye clinic .After Dr Frazee exam my eye I felt a lot better

They had teenagers doing one of my eye test who didn’t know what they were doing and wasted 10 minutes of my time when I was already late for work! The doctor told me last month I didn’t have this certain eye condition but today he told me I did so i basically wasted $400 on glasses that he recommended I get but today he told me glasses can’t fix the isssue. The entire process before seeing the doctor is insane with multiple test by different people that I should let have to do again if I just did it a few weeks ago.
