Dr. Frazee instituted an additional clinic in Lewisville in 2003. He continues to serve his patients in both locations. Dr. Frazee completed his residency at the Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. He earned his Master of Science degree in physiology and biophysics and his Medical Doctorate at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
Dr. Frazee is married to Paulette and they have two children, Sarah and Laura. He is a computer guru at heart and enjoys building computers and working with technology.
I have been a patient of Dr Frazee for for a long time and I have always been satisfied with his service. He’s very thorough as he treats my symptoms.

Do not come here if you are hispanic/latino. Or not anything related to “American” as they will discriminate you!! I walked in to check in for my appointment and was greeted by the employee Elsa. Also keep in mind I have everything audio taped in my cell phone. I walk in and the first thing she tells me is “do you have insurance?”. Okay I figured that’s normal at first since i’m a new customer however I then see 4-5+ other customers come in and yes a few of those were as well fresh customers that were just referred by they’re main doctor. Yes there were other minorities such as black people but they weren’t part of the other 4-5 customers that came in after me because they just passed by to ask a question and leave. However those other customers were all white Americans and she didn’t ask the new ones if they even had insurance or if they could cover the out of pocket costs. I addressed her and the doctor about that and they tried to brush it off by quickly saying “yes we ask” and chan
