ITs unfortunate that he is too busy. Unfortunately out last visit, he was 45 mins late and thought a right xray was taken - there was no discussion because the focus was on getting me an answers as to what was taking so long to get the custom orthotics going for my hurting feet which I doubt will make a difference with the swelling, arthritis and plantar plate tear. He walked right out the door without addressing the right foot xrays. Now i have to wait another month and a half to see him again because he wants to go the custom orthotics avenue. It has been come a theme for Ortho Az - especially every one that i've seen there. There is not enough time and attention spent with the patients...Its become all about the $$. Dr. Freed seems knowledgeable but is running from one appt to the next - not trusting his focus on the issue at hand with the human being in his office.

There should be a better word to describe DR Freed than excellent. Spend as much time as needed, extremely personable, informative just very pleasant to interact with. Does not push to have surgery exhaust all means possible prior to suggesting surgery.

Fantastic healer

He listens to me and has been ahead of me in knowing my feet. He suggested two plates to cover three toes. I waited to long and scootered around for two years after 4 months of rehab I’ve progressed in 6 months waking 5000 to 7000 steps a day. Now after a year I’m loving doing 7000 to 9000 average. Dr Freed has given me my life back.

Dr Freed came highly recommended, and after my first visit today for my right foot pain, I understand why. He's very personable, confident, knowledgeable, and he got right down to what was hurting me and what was not. His assistant was very nice too; the cacti painter. They sent me home with relief for my foot pain, and he has a plan to help longer term into my senior years, which I'm now confident will work for me. My whole experience with OrthoArizona was excellent from the receptionist's patience with my questions about the intake forms, to the lady who checked me out as I left thinking, "What A Bunch of Nice People!"
