I am not really sure what to put for this. I arrived for my appointment and was told she was still at the hospital and they had no idea when she would arrive, but asked if i was willing to wait 15 minutes. I agreed, and waited 45 minutes and before I left. I was never seen by her.

I had a concern about the procedure she was about to do & instead of coming in the room (she was next door) she kept sending in the tech. After wasting over an hour and a half, about 3 times of going back & forth & then she couldn’t properly answer my questions I got really frustrated. The doctor stated she would only come in the room if I went up to the front to pay a co-pay because then it turns into a problem visit instead of an annual visit. I walked out of the office extremely disappointed. I pray I can see another provider at a different location because this doctor & her staff does not care about your health concerns.

The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor in my entire life. She was not empathetic and was rude while dealing with me as a first time mother. I would advise to find another doctor if you are looking at her because she doesn’t care about her patients.

Very patient. allowed me to voice my concerns. Without Interrupting

I was referred to her but never got the chance to meet her and after a scheduled appointment(no walk-in) sitting in her waiting area for 2 hours without being called at ALL, not even to inform me about what's going on and or why the wait is so long. I literally watched at least 8-10 patients enter and leave! I will not be returning nor will I recommend her to any of my friends or family. This was the worst experience I've had at a doctor's office! And her front desk clerk needs to be retrained on her customer service skills. She didn't greet me friendly nor make me feel comfortable at ALL! Never cared to keep me informed on what was going on the entire time! This was a very poor and unprofessional way to treat a new patient!

Takes the time to talk to you

I have been seeing Dr. Royster for 18 years now. She is awesome! She also will call her patients directly and speak with them instead of having staff do it for her which is unheard of these days.

Dr. Royster is a once in a lifetime provider that makes you feel seen and heard. As I patient I feel safe in her care. Selfishly I only wish she wasn’t so popular so that I could have her be available to me. I’ll be a life long loyal patient as long as she’s in practice.

Dr.Royster is quick to understand my concerns and do not delay the treatment or any procedures to be done unnecessarily unlike few other doctors I had faced before where they would ask to take separate appointment for different usual procedures like even for Pap test when you are already there in the hospital with the doctor . She is also very patient listening to the patient . She called me back to discuss my results later and suggested accordingly . She is very accomodating with appointments also considering patient’s schedule ( atleast mine when I asked )and experienced professional .
