Dr Holstien has been my Dr since 1997 I have stayed with him because he has always been very sincere and took care of me with a serious heath issue when another Dr said there was nothing wrong with me after a year of misery. Dr Holstien sent me for an ultrasound they found 2 big tumors on my ovary. Can’t say the for other Dr’s “ specialist “ With Pomona valley maybe they should learn from Dr Holstien with that said I hold him in the highest regards.

Normally I would complain if I am taking my time to write this... but he spends time with you, and you don't feel like a cow in a stockyard. They are never overbooked, I never wait in the lobby, nor in the waiting room, except for a few minutes while they are processing me / paperwork ! It's taken years to find a decent Dr that doesn't pretend to be God!

A thoroughly trained physician with a patient-centric orientation. Also, an astute diagnostician. Encounters are always congenial and productive.

Felt like he was rushing me through the appointment. Told him my lap band was causing me to throw up and causing pain and he said there was nothing they could do. Told him menopause symptoms were really bothering me. Told me he couldn't/wouldn't prescribe anything and to try over the counter medication. Ended the appointment with "is there anything else" and would not look at me and only stared and the computer screen. Terrible bedside manner. Said he'd see me back in 3 months but no follow up was scheduled.

Dr Lester Holstein has been my primary doctor for over 25 years. I have referred many of my friends and relatives to him and they all like him as well. When I have an appointment I usually only wait about 5 or 10 minutes in the waiting room before I'm called in. If I have a question or a something is bothering me I will either call and leave a message to have him call me back or I will write a letter and take it into the office. He always responds on a timely basis. He's a number one fantastic great doctor I am just so blessed that he is my doctor.

DR. Holstein was and always has been the most patient and caring Doctor. The only complaint I have ever had is with the office staff, with the exception of Veronica and Ana. These ladies have always been friendly on and off the phones, for as many years as I have been a patient in the office the only two ladies I know are these two. That was back in the day when they let you know whom you were speaking with.
