Dr. Pollard displays a unique combination of professionalism, in-depth medical knowledge, and spirituality. I have known many physicians, and two of my previous spouses are physicians – Dr. Audrey Henderson and Dr. Erna Waxman. These are great physicians. However, in my opinion, they do not compare to Dr. Pollard.

Dr. Pollard has always been attentive to my health problems & how to solve them individually as well as whole body wellness. he doesn't resort to medications first but to help me help my body to be healthier & better able to overcome issues naturally. Paying attention to details helps us as Dr.\patient to see the bigger picture in overcoming sickness, chronic or not, in the long term. I trust my life to him & have faith in his knowledge, training & concern for my best health. He sees me as a whole person, not just parts that need to be treated.

Dr Pollard is the primary care physician that I have been looking for here in Augusta. I was so excited to see Dr Pollard enter the exam room because with his patience, bedside manner, and knowledge I am humbly grateful to have been accepted as a new patient. Most physicians like Dr Pollard is not accepting new patients so yes, I feel like I won the lottery. During my visit I did not feel rushed when discussing my health history and my future goal. Dr Pollard is a great listener, and he allows me to experiment and find my own health solutions. It doesn't bother him that I check the CDC facts and discuss them with him. I find him to be very client centered. Patient centered. We have been with Doctor Pollard for over 11 years. If I tell him something is wrong with me, he listens. Doctor Pollard also has a lot of compassion for us "Mature Folks". LOL 80 % of my life was spent in bed because of back pain. Now I live 20 pain and 80% free. Doctor Pollard, his team at the center and because he listens to me, and He sent me to the proper specialist. My husband and I have a better quality of life. Because of him and The God I serve. It is well with me. Thank you for the opportunity to share. For me and my husband it was long over due. He has been a great doctor for us.

Dr. Pollard is a congenial person who loves to talk. As such, he consistently runs excessively late. I've had to wait over 2 hours. This is not an anomaly and not acceptable.

Always a long wait to see Dr. Pollard because he is so well liked!! He will take as much time with you as you need. I was there for nearly 2 hours from check in to check out.
