I had an appointment for 3:50 got brought back to the room within 10 mins or so and stayed in the cold room for over 30 minutes waiting for the doctor..unacceptable.

Assumed paralization because of stroke, etc. very friendly but didn’t ask patient for enough info about self and current conditions
