To much delay getting procedure Not sure where the problem lies had to get medical clearance took 10 weeks And I had to complained to all of the doctor offices involved

I’m not an expert in the field of medicine, but Dr. Fletcher is. That’s why he’s my doctor. Seems knowledgeable and caring. He did my endoscopy and everything went great. I was nearly petrified, but the experience was t nearly as bad as I expected and I’m so relieved that I found a good doctor.

There are not enough words to express my appreciation to Dr. Flescher and his staff. From my first call with Markie to meeting Dr. Flescher, Luke, Lillie and the Front Desk Staff. All whom made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The facility is clean, well maintained and managed. I was seen immediately by Luke who reviewed my medical history, on completion, Dr. Flescher entered the office with a warm smile, welcome and allowed me to explain the reason for my visit. Dr. Flescher was attentive, caring, an excellent listener, knowledgeable, proactive, plus provided an excellent medical plan to uncover the cause of my discomfort. Dr. Flescher gained my trust and respect, plus is a breath of fresh air as is his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Flescher and his practice without any reservations.

My first visit. He seems like a friendly doctor who made me feel at ease with his diagnosis

He didn’t even know why I was there. The staff called me to tell me I needed to come in right away because my biopsy came back that Dr Kirschner did and I couldn’t wait until the dr Kirschner came back. I was so worried that something was very wrong. Dr Kirschner made us feel after the colonoscopy that things were fine that I had uc which I knew. The appt was/ a waste of money worry and time. Dr wasn’t prepared nor the attitude of the nurse was unacceptable.
