Dr. Yarbrough is a skilled, kind, physician. He always takes his time to listen to your concerns. He addresses all issues throughly. He is a very skilled practitioner. I always have excellent results from his work.

I’ve had several dermatologists over the years and can 100% confirm that Dr. Yarbrough will be my last.
He genuinely cares and is thoughtful in his evaluation and approach to treatment. I truly could not have more confidence in a physician than I do in Dr. Yarbrough.
I’ll also add that his office is insanely efficient and professional in their scheduling, short waiting times in reception, billing, etc.
I wish all my care providers were on par with what I experience with Charleston Dermatology.
