Dr. Schachter is very thorough and covers all my questions and concerns.
I’ve dealt with Dr. Schachter for many years and until recently was satisfied with his commuication skills. However his communications in explaining things and listening have become quite difficult. When asked for recommendations he now typically responds by stating that he had given recommendations while he didn’t. Test results show up in the portal quite late ( several months). At Dr. Schachter’s recommendation I had a consultation with a radiation specialist. This doctor told me that he would contact Dr. Schachter with his recommendation. During my regular folllow up appointment with Dr. Schachter several months later, he needed to be reminded that the radiation specialist was supposed to have contacted him. Dr. Schachter left the examination room to check and indeed confirmed that he found a message from the radiation specialist.
