Felt at ease even though I was tense.
Wonderful doctor, thorough, empathetic, and quite knowledgeable. Always has time to answer questions.
Lee is terrific!! He explains issues extremely well and has a wonderful bedside manner.
Dr. Lee James and his entire staff very professional they know their stuff and Dr. James knows how to get rid of my pain. Thank you doctor.
I can’t say anymore than this about this doctor. He is so patient understanding he’s just freaking awesome. I would recommend him to anybody. He’s the greatest and I’ve seen a lot of doctors.
He is so caring and goes above and beyond and his staff.
Dr James is incredible..so empathetic and great demeanor ….making his patients feel comfortable!
My only comment relates to administrative issues. I arrived for a procedure and was told I wasn't scheduled for that day but on a day one month prior. Even though I had the information on an appointment card! There was also 2 occasions when l called to change an appointment with another doctor and the phone rang for a full 8 minutes. The second day the phone rang for a full 9 minutes even though I hit the doctor/surgical option.
The best
Always efficient, professional, kind and caring. Always makes you feel as if he had all the time in the world for just you to either do a procedure or answer any questions you may have!
