My only comment relates to administrative issues. I arrived for a procedure and was told I wasn't scheduled for that day but on a day one month prior. Even though I had the information on an appointment card! There was also 2 occasions when l called to change an appointment with another doctor and the phone rang for a full 8 minutes. The second day the phone rang for a full 9 minutes even though I hit the doctor/surgical option.

I find Mr James to be very easy to understand in a field I have little knowledge. This combined with up to date equipment makes my decision making for new procedures to aleviate back pain from a long ago accident very successful. Bright and knowledgeable doctor. He read my films and MRI and saw someone no one notices in the spondylitis area off the facet joint. I got a cortisone shot with steroid to fight the inflammation. Yes there is a long wait time, but I feel Dr James truly cares about his patients, he’s thorough and respectful. I had injections in my sacrum area and I was so very nervous! It happened so quickly and I barely felt it. I can’t wait for my back pain to go away! Thanks so much to Dr James and his team! I will definitely be coming back. Im already scheduled for my hips injection next month. Just want to feel back to my old self 🥰

He and his staff were so compassionate He diagnosed my issues after xrays and pinpointing the pain. that turned out to be the bursa in my hips and sciatic joints and started working immediately on helping relieve the pain with injections into both bursas. I'm already feeling relief. ill be back in several weeks for injections into the sciatic joints and then onto physical aquatic therapy and hoping to get my mobility back without excruciating pain. So grateful
