Waited an hour and a half in exam room…dr.never showed! Tried to reschedule but gave up after being told next appt would not be for two months. This after waiting two months for this appt! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I will be searching for a different dr….probably have to look outside area!

Did not see him today! It was a follow up appt. For an ablation I had 8 weeks ago. I waited 45 min. And the receptionist said it would be at least another 40 min.. so I opted to leave. I think Dr. James is excellent, but the wait time is way too long

My only comment relates to administrative issues. I arrived for a procedure and was told I wasn't scheduled for that day but on a day one month prior. Even though I had the information on an appointment card! There was also 2 occasions when l called to change an appointment with another doctor and the phone rang for a full 8 minutes. The second day the phone rang for a full 9 minutes even though I hit the doctor/surgical option.

This combined with up to date equipment makes my decision making for new procedures to aleviate back pain from a long ago accident very successful. Bright and knowledgeable doctor. He read my films and MRI and saw someone no one notices in the spondylitis area off the facet joint. I got a cortisone shot with steroid to fight the inflammation. No pain all day and was very busy at the beauty shop all day. Thrilled that I finally found the best guy around

Yes there is a long wait time, but I feel Dr James truly cares about his patients, he’s thorough and respectful. I had injections in my sacrum area and I was so very nervous! Im already scheduled for my hips injection next month. Just want to feel back to my old self 🥰
