I saw this doctor for my day after surgery follow up I never saw him before today. After waiting almost two hours (after the appt. was changed to a later time BTW) the doctor did a thorough exam of my eye and answered all my questiosn in depth.

they pack the office with patients. no precautions for Covid. you are given an appointment and they send you texts and 5 to 6 emails confirming appointment to then calling me to change the appointment 15 minutes earlier. i was there from 9:45 to 11:42. I have Chronic illnesses and cannot eat nor drink anything until there's a clean bathroom. all the waiting made my Blood Glucose rise as high as 301, even though i had injected insulin before going to the doctor. I refuse to put up with the ridiculous amount of patients packed in a room like sardines. next i will call my insurance while in the office.

It would be difficult for me to rate Dr. Angioletti as any time I questioned him, he barked at me. I saw him when I needed help. It was a very difficult time and instead of answering my questions professionally, he seemed bothered and annoyed. I followed his instructions and then was later chastised for following his instructions. It was a horrible experience dealing with this doctor so I went elsewhere.

The doctors are amazing but rhe waiting room is out of control. Left due to long wait, 30 minutes and there were still 6 people ahead of me.

Up till now I was very happy with Mom’s care. However, today’s visit left a lot to be desired. It was very busy and we were there for quite a long time. Questions were asked and answered but there appeared to be some confusion that could have been alleviated by better record keeping. I’m hoping our next visit is more like the care Mom has received for the past several months.

People that. me in after me were seen before me. I had a 2 hour wait. I had to wait outside after I initially signed in and then after my eyes were dilated I sat 3 feet apart from another patient in the smaller waiting room. The chin rest was not completely cleaned off in the first examination room. The technician only wiped the bottom part of the chin test. Some things didn’t make sense!

I feel that he is less interested in communicating with me about my condition and my future as time goes on. For example, on my first Cataract surgery, he offered no suggestions for a surgeon. The one I picked was not ideal. On my second Cataract surgery he was extatic abpitDr. Grayson,who I found to be excellent. Why couldn't he have told me about Grayson on the first Cataract operation? It was a failure in some ways and required another operation with Lee's brother.

Dr. Angioletti have taken care of my eyes for the past 4 years and my vision have improved substantially under his care. Highly recommend him. His office staff is professional and very friendly to deal with.

This was a follow-up visit 9 months after laser surgery for a retinal tear. I still had eye pain in the socket of the right eye that had been operated on. I asked why this pain would persist after 9 months whenever I wore contact lenses for more than 4 hours or worked on my laptop or Iphone for more than 3 hours. The doctor got angry and defensive saying this condition had nothing to do with my surgery. More likely age and what is called an "accomodative spasm," said he and to perhaps revise my corrective lens prescription. Patients should not feel bullied if they have such questions. In my case, my blood relative who also had laser surgery from a torn retina had the same reaction: pain in eye socket following surgery and to this day if she wears contact lenses or works on the computer for more than a few hours. I believe more research needs to be conducted regarding possible side effects from laser eye surgery.

I've been a patient of Dr. Angioletti for several years and followed him to this practice. My only issue, and it's not with him, is that he doesn't seem to have access to medical records sent to the practice by my other providers. On the whole I liked his old practice better, particularly because he was able to spend more time with me.
