Staff especially questionable!!!
The person that was getting me ready for my procedure, needs more training.
She had my chair kept going back and forth, multiple times. She asked me if my regular Dr. Coney used a item (a plate like insert in my eye). Dr Coney's staff would never had done that. I was nervous previously and than asking questions and chair movements really was upsetting. Also had very bad burning in my eye after injection. She used multiple solutions and eye drops.
I was dripping wet on my scarf and blouse, when I left. It will be more concerning to come back for my next injection after this experience.
