When I saw her I had been through a bad bicycle accident and had some damage to my eye. Needless to say I was nervous. Dr Janousek was kind and and direct and formulated a plan for healing my eye. I came out of her office much calmer than when I went in.

Following her optometric education, Dr. Janousek completed a residency in Ocular Disease and Refractive and Ocular Surgery at the Eye Center of Texas in Houston, TX.
Dr. Janousek finally made her way back home to Arizona in 2018, and joined the Swagel Wootton family in 2020. She provides comprehensive eye care, including emergency eye care, contact lenses, ocular disease management, and pre- and post-operative co-management. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, and a member of the Arizona Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
Dr. Janousek enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Bandit, as well as staying active with yoga, cycling, and hiking.
