People throw the term “life saver” around - as both a compliment and a delicious candy - but in my case he truly is. As a single parent, I was faced with the terrifying realization that I had cancer growing on a major organ. From handshake to my now three year cancer-free-adversary, his confidence, knowledge, skill, kindness and attentiveness are all world class. Ever have a surgeon call you at home at night just to make sure you’re ok? I have.

Appreciated a quick visit on short notice. Had provided a urine sample an hour earlier but requested for another. Some snafu with original sample not being identified though sample was submitted propely labeled

Not great bedside manner. Had an air of impatience that I found unpleasant. Answered my questions but I don’t think I will be back to the practice as this is a second doctor there I felt this way about.

Healthcare should feel personalized and sympathetic, a patient should not feel rushed or that they’ve wasted their time going through hoops all the while in pain only to pay good money to be ushered out the door in two minutes. Try getting to know the patient their situation and how you can help instead of racing through the days log

Dr Lee was very nice and helpful The only thing is I don’t understand why I have to pay 60 dollars to have him tell me everything is good. When it was a follow up appointment from my kidney stone that happened in February. Some people live pay check to pay check and it doesn’t seem right. I already paid a lot with other medical bills from this situation. Just getting it off of my shoulders. Just frustrating

i’m a new patient with a long history and there was no health review. he was in examine room 5 mins top and i waited a hour and fifteen to be seen. he was no even aware i had had kidney failure and had been on dialysis until i told receptionist i coluldnt have cr w contrast. in exams room he had only said ct- no mention of contrast.
