Very professional
Dr Kutz is a skilled and caring doctor. He has treated me for back pain and helped me avoid back surgery. He listens to me and provides me options. I highly recommend him.
His service was great but your after care is unacceptable! I called with a need for a nurse to call me back and nobody bothered to call back. I think you’re after the procedure if there’s any concerns, you’re aftercare totally is inappropriate for a nurse to totally disregard a patient’s call with concerns over symptoms they’ve never experienced before and at a much higher level I just needed reassurance all is well. With no call came I put my trust in God took some medicine I needed for a severe headache and hope for the best fortunately the next day, my body rebooted and I have been doing fine. I think you need to reevaluate your aftercare and realize sometimes a patient may need a call back and totally ignore. That is totally unacceptable. Thank you.
He is very good. Explains what he is doing and it’s fast. I have been in pain for three years. After getting my injection I could walk normal. He is lightning McQueen. He has a very nice personality.
Dr. Kutz is a great doctor. He is kind and always wants to find ways to ease patients' pain.
