I was Asked to come back for a "2nd" visit (after urine analysis) ONLY to be Notified (AFTER being CHARGED for TWO Visits) that I was "Released" from the CORE following a HUGE Gaff w/a Dr. Coleman in 2010. I went in for a "bunion" removal on my rt foot. I was in a Wheelchair w/Pick lines hanging out of my arms for "9" mos. Not Only that, I Almost died from a RARE STAFF INF. that I was told I contracted IN the OR Due to DIRTY instruments. THEN they CUT OFF HALF of My big toe and half of the next two. PERMANENTLY Disfiguring me, but the WORST is I Can NOT walk balanced, can NOT buy sneakers that fit properly due to the LOST BONES. Dr. Kutz was literally "looking" at me and saying, "I’m Sorry, I Can Not See You." WHY didn’t ANYONE tell me this BEFORE going on these appointments? He said it’s "IN YOUR CHART!” I WILL "N E V E R " RECOMMEND "A N Y O N E " TO THIS PRACTICE (AT LEAST HERE IN AZ.) DISGRACEFUL/UNTRUSTWORTHY/DEMEANING. Dr Kutz is a wonderful Dr but his billing staff is not up to par. I have a credit of $80 and they ask me for a co-pay!! They do not look to see if you have a credit before taking more of your money. When ask for a refund they say they rather apply the credit cuz they have too many refunds. Well stop asking for co-pays people!!!

Dr. Kutz and his staff are amazing. They listen to me on what's going on and proceed in a manner that helps reduce my pain and keep my in motion as much as possible. Even if I'm not pain free, less pain makes living more manageable than in constant severe pain and I'm grateful for Dr. Kutz's skills and abilities in helping me archive that

Friendly, kind, good doctors. One thing: clinic should use paper shorts that can be cut to access the hip area. Keeping my clothes on but pulled down with a sheet over me feels unsanitary and uncomfortable.

He fixes me right up, and knows where to inject me for optimal results. I had an appt with him earlier, and told him about a new problem with my hip. He diagnosed it correctly as bursitis and gave me an injection right then and there in the office, it felt like new within two days. I couldn't be happier.

Dr. Kutz is a good Doctor and takes good care of me. His assistant Sarah is the worst. She has a horrible attitude and is the worst at communicating to me. She obviously doesn't like me and it shows. She needs to understand that patients are in pain and have some empathy and don't like feeling ignored.

I used another pain clinic years ago and quite going because they kept pushing oxycontin. Glad I go to Dr. Kutz now. Excellent service, I have been getting injections for a few years now.

Dr. Kutz is very nice, BUT he does not listen to his patients. When I told him where he was going to put the shot he siad that is where the order was for - and that was it. My pain is still very real. Why don't docotors listen.
