I waited for 43 minutes in the waiting room plus arrived 11 minutes early. No apology from the waiting room nor did anyone provide an explanation as to why he was so far behind.

Dr Kashat, was professional and knowledgeable. He performed a scope procedure down my throat to check for abnormal issues with my vocal cords. When you get to him there is a chance things could be serious with your health. When he was done he stopped and asked me if I had any questions and wanted to help me understand and clear up any concerns I had. He explained the options for me to decide what direction I should take.

He is a very thorough doctor and wants to make sure you are getting the care that you need!

He has a demeaning air about him, he believes that he is above his patient and I felt like I was being a bother by being there. He made me so my audiology test because he had to leave to go to his own appointment. He puts himself before his patients. Not a good look.

I recently had an intracapsular tonsillectomy performed by Doctor Lawrence Kashat. I was very impressed with the level of care and expertise I received throughout the entire process. He explained the procedure, potential risks, expected outcomes, and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Kashat is a skilled ENT specialist who I highly recommend.

I felt like he was in a hurry to get out of my room. I am in the health field and was happy he is doing reata need to evaluate my problem but just felt like he already knew what he was going to do no matter he saw.

Dr. Kashat is a compassionate doctor and was able to answer my questions about my treatment plan. He is very knowledgeable and was able to use visuals when responding to questions. Dr. Kashat also gave me a handout to read which is helpful.

Obviously a very good doctor. Plus he's a very nice person. I would also like to acknowledge his Frontline staff. And those sweet people at the reception desk.

Worst visit with any doctor I've ever had. I cried all the way home. Not attentive or concerned. I was asked if I have diabetes and had no clue why - other than an assumption because I'm fat, maybe. Didn't care to explain that correlation, just fat shaming. Ear infection from diabetes? Didn't see that one coming.

My first visit. Was friendly and caring and appeared to be very knowledgeable.
