I arrive on time for my appointment and have to wait a 1/2 hour minimum to see the doctor. This happens at every appointment.
Additionally, my appointments are at the end of the day and the receptionist leaves so I can’t schedule my next appointment.
Both issues are frustrating as a patient because the first does not respect my time and the second means I need to find time in my schedule to contact the office to schedule an appointment.
