We are very satisfied with our experience with Dr. Donato. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions and explain everything clearly. We never felt rushed, and we felt that our concerns were truly heard and addressed. Overall, he is an excellent doctor and we would highly recommend him.

My visit was with Ben who was beyond fantastic. He listened really well and me make decision for next steps. However, this was the first time I had to wait in this office. They were running seriously behind and no one ever notified me. I just sat waiting and waiting. It wasn’t until the nurse brought me back and I asked about how far behind they were running that they acknowledged being behind schedule. They were over 45 minutes behind. It would have been nice to have been I forged and given the option to either arrive later for my visit or reschedule.
