I had a wonderful first visit with my new doctor. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answered my questions thoughtfully, and made me feel heard and comfortable. I appreciate her compassionate approach and look forward to continuing my care with her

She talked over me, barely let me explain what I was going through, and even though I was VERY CLEAR on exactly what meds I needed, she still sent over the wrong rx to the pharmacy. Every time a staff member makes a “simple” mistake they are making it harder to get help for SICK PEOPLE! I don’t appreciate the runaround, the hold time to speak with someone to get things corrected, or her bedside manner AT ALL. You need to listen to your patients, and in order to do that, you have to stop talking. We are given two ears and one mouth for a reason, so we can listen twice as much as we talk.
